Mr. Carpenter is a Senior Industry Advisor Officer for OMS Consulting Services, LLC. Mr. Carpenter’s primary responsibilities include supporting OMS' Power and Energy Sector project delivery of services. Mr. Carpenter’s experience perfectly aligns with our client corporate and project specific expectations and goals. With over 40 years as a utility professional and consultant within the North American power market, Mr. Carpenter brings an understanding of owner’s overall business perspective, a depth of institutional knowledge, and broad industry insights on behalf of his clients.

Bob lives in the Houston area with his wife. He enjoys traveling to spend time with his five children and eight grandchildren, visiting nearby beaches, exploring the expansive natural areas in Texas, supporting University of Florida academic and athletic programs, and relaxing reading National Geographic and The Smithsonian magazines.​
