Scope
OMS staff were engaged to implement a new vegetation management standard that integrated routine vegetation management inspection patrols with dead and dying and hazard tree risk assessments. OMS staff were also assigned to develop new work practices and to implement a new integrated software tool for collecting vegetation data. OMS staff conducted routine patrols, worked with landowners and managed constraint trees to expedite tree trimming and completion of circuits in a timely manner.
